Food Handling Test Preparation & Certification Exam

California law requires that all food establishments have at least one certified food safety person on site. Passing the exam administered at the end of this workshop meets the California requirements for certification and is recognized by the American Culinary Federation for continuing education units. New students and students who need re-certifying are welcome.

Decadent Chocolates Workshop

Driver’s Education

This interactive DMV-approved classroom course covers all the core topics and requirements for the State of California certification. Learn signs, signals, highway markings, driver safety and the effects of alcohol and drugs through fun, interactive games, videos and lecture. In full costume and character, Leonardo da Vinci has been brought back to life! Meet da Vinci and discover what made the Steven Spielberg of the Renaissance tick! What made his paintings revolutionary? What made him think like a modern scientist? Mystery surrounds Leonardo. Now over 500 years later he is free to tell some of his secrets and intrigues.

Enjoy this entertaining presentation that is part theater, part lecture, and filled with audience participation and surprises. Jim Wiltens dons the full da Vinci costume as he presents Leonardo’s stories from his extensive personal research and experience traveling through Italy to get in the mind of the master.
